Jan. 4, 2009 - Fire and ice

This image is actually a few years old, taken on property we used to own near Corning, NY. I've been looking at a lot of "old" stuff recently, mostly to see what I can do with it in Lightroom 2. Sometimes the answer is nothing that I couldn't do in PS, but sometimes I get very pleasantly surprised.

I have, by the way, started a new blog on Wordpress. The format is more flexible than this one and the commenting part of it is much better, I think (this one just plain sucks).
