There's something about dysfunctional fences that interests me, especially those fences that weren't very sturdy in the first place. This fence was meant to keep people off of the dune and it's fragile ecosystem. This image was taken from a bridge that crosses the dune, connecting the beach and the Ogunquit River tidal plain.
