I've been trying to photograph this small falls for a couple of years during October. The problem in previous years has been low water volumes. This year, however, has been fairly wet. We've even had snow in places (about 2 feet in Buffalo - unheard of in October). The result, of course, is that streams and rivers are flowing more like they do in the spring. This stream empties into the Genesee River at the Upper Falls in Letchworth SP.
