Another shot from the brink of the Upper Falls in Letchworth State Park. What's "missing", of course, is the steady roar of the falling water and the constant assault of the mist on your face (and the front element of the lens!). The photograph simply can't capture the entire gamut of the experience. Still, when I look at it, I can imagine those things and wish I was back there. I'm not sure the "mood" would be the same in January, and I'm not sure that I'd want to climb the icy stairs to get to this vantage point, but it's a thought..........
