The Atlantis Fountain in the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace. This is what it looks like in between shows. When the show starts, these guys disappear into the floor and the king and his "evil children" pop up.

As you might guess, the Forum Shops are a tad on the upscale side. Personally, I wouldn't want to have to do a lot of Christmas shopping here. Lots of fun to just browse, though.
